You’re successful, capable, and used to being the strong one — but inside, you’re exhausted.
You may be navigating a demanding career while constantly managing how you’re perceived. You work twice as hard to be taken seriously, replay conversations after meetings, and carry the emotional weight of microaggressions, subtle bias, or outright discrimination.
At home, family expectations or strained relationships — especially with parents or siblings — leave little space for your own needs. Over time, this constant pressure
can lead to burnout, anxiety, irritability, or a quiet loss of confidence, even though everything looks “fine” from the outside.
