Who Nada Supports 

 

Nada specializes in supporting high achieving racialized women in their late 20's,  30's, 40's, and 50's - that is, women who experience systemic inequities or discrimination based on race or ethnicity - navigating professional, family and personal challenges. 

Her clients often includes

  • High-achieving women in law, academia, corporate, social services, STEM and leadership roles

  • Women experiencing workplace bias, microaggressions, or systemic inequities

  • Women managing family tensions, sibling or mother-daughter conflicts

  • For couples navigating divorce or separation, she provides a neutral, collaborative space to build parenting plans that prioritize children’s well-being. Her mediation style is interest-based and solution-focused, aiming to reduce conflict and create stable, supportive co-parenting arrangements.

  • Example: Helping co-parents create stable, collaborative co-parenting arrangements
