In Nada's social work private practice, she focuses on providing comprehensive support to women - professional women, educators, mothers, executives, Black women, women of color, Indigenous women, health care workers, creatives, artists, entrepreneurs or stay at home mothers - dealing with childhood trauma, low self-esteem, and experiences of racism and discrimination. By offering individualized counseling, she helps clients explore their pasts, develop coping mechanisms, and foster self-acceptance. Through a personalized approach, she creates a safe and nurturing environment where women can express their feelings and learn valuable skills to rebuild their self-worth and confront challenges. Her goal is to empower each client on their journey toward healing and personal growth. Clients often describe Nada as open, compassionate, direct, positive, empathic, and fearless in addressing difficult topics.

Nada also specializes in sibling counseling, particularly for adult female siblings and mothers and their adult daughters. This service is designed to facilitate open communication, address long-standing tensions, and promote understanding among family members. By guiding these conversations, Nada helps families navigate their differences, foster empathy, and strengthen their bonds. Nada's approach ensures that everyone feels heard and supported, allowing for healthier interactions and deeper connections. Ultimately, she strives to enhance family dynamics by nurturing respectful relationships.

Furthermore, Nada offers family mediation services for couples experiencing divorce or separation. Her role in this setting is to provide a neutral space where both parties can come together to discuss their concerns, explore options, and reach amicable agreements in the development of a parenting plan. Nada focuses on facilitating productive dialogue, helping couples address emotional challenges while also considering practical matters such as co-parenting. By promoting collaboration and understanding, her mediation process aims to minimize conflict and support a smoother transition for all involved.

As an Organizational Consultant, Nada designs and implements wellness initiatives, focusing on anti-racism, anti-oppression and mental health. These programs prioritize mental health in the workplace, helping organizations create inclusive environments for their staff. By providing training and resources, Nada helps teams develop greater awareness and understanding of diversity issues. Nada's aim is to foster a workplace culture where all employees feel valued and safe, ultimately enhancing overall employee satisfaction and productivity.

In addition to her consulting work, Nada provides training on sexual assault and harassment, concentrating on building a culture of respect and safety within organizations. These training sessions are designed to equip staff and leadership with the tools needed to prevent and address harassment effectively. By fostering open conversations and establishing clear policies, Nada helps organizations create an environment where everyone feels secure and supported. Promoting respect not only protects individuals but also enhances overall organizational health and morale.
